Day One for the Bikram Diva

I am starting this blog to document my progress through my second attempt to get that Bikram Booty. I have completed 7 classes in the last week and want to complete at least 90 classes in the next 100 days. Starting weight 184 pounds-post Bikram workout. Send good energy my way as I fall in love again with this moving meditation. Happiness is not a destination...Happiness is the way.
