Did the 6 am yoga class. Note to self: Onion rings, cornbread muffin, cheetos, cookies and etc do not make standing bow easier at 6 am. I need to focus on my eating habits. I really had no desire to get up, as the rain pitter-pattered ( not a word, I know) on the window sill. However, my alarm went off and I figured that I probably would not be able to sleep once I heard the snoring of the large grizzly bear next to me ( the husband). I figured I better get going or I would not be working out at all today, since I work until the evening. So, I have some goals that I want to jot down as I start this journey toward freedom.
1. Attend yoga 5-6 days a week & Do 3 weight training sessions per week.
Drink more pure water
2. Dramatically cut down my meat consumption and focus on seafood only
3. Get more accomplished at work
4. Go to bed by 10:15 or so on early yoga days
5. Eliminate chips, cookies, cakes etc. and junk processed food from my daily diet.
6. Stop worshipping the scale god on a daily basis, it makes me insane. So, for the friggin record, I am 184.4 post Bikram today and will weigh my self on Tuesday mornings only.
